Waseda Farms “You Buy We Give” Campaign Raises Funds for Two Local Nonprofits

The Waseda Farms You Buy We Give Campaign will once again donate 100 percent of all ground beef sales from both of their retail locations in Baileys Harbor and De Pere during January to four partner charities that focus on feeding those in need in Northeast Wisconsin. Locally, two of the partners are Boys and Girls Club of Door County and Loaves and Fishes, both in Sturgeon Bay. This year, the goal is $15,000 in sales.

Waseda Farms owner Tom Lutsey said, “People buy ground beef all the time. Most people eat it every day in hamburgers, spaghetti and tacos…. With the Waseda Farms You Buy We Give campaign, all you have to do is buy one thing that is already on your shopping list, and you will put food on two tables.”
