Southern Door Theatre Club to Perform “Almost, Maine”

The Southern Door Theatre Club invites community members to warm their hearts this frigid winter at their performance of the unconventional romantic comedy Almost, Maine. Performances will take place at 7:30 pm on Jan. 29 & 30, at the Third Avenue Playhouse, 239 Third Ave., Sturgeon Bay. The play follows the joys and tribulations of life, love and winter in a small town in Maine, one which is strikingly similar to those in Door County. Almost, Maine is student cast and directed. All proceeds will go to the betterment of the club and the arts at Southern Door High School. Donations of new hats and mittens will be accepted in the lobby, and will be given to local charities. Tickets can be purchased on show day. No credit cards please.
