True North Ranked First in Gross MLS Sales

For the fourth consecutive year, True North Real Estate, LLC ranked first in gross sales according to the Door County Multiple Listing Service (MLS). In 2015, True North outsold every other brokerage firm in Door County with an increase of 43 percent in sales over 2014. Per the MLS data, the entire Door/Kewaunee market showed an improvement of approximately 28 percent in dollar volume over 2014.

The strength of the market was seen across the entire state. According to the Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA), more homes sold in Wisconsin in 2015 than any year since 2005. The state of Wisconsin showed an 11.4 percent increase in home sales over 2014 according to the WRA. In Door County, the median price of a home increased 10.6 percent from $180,000 to $199,000. In 2015, there were more than 561 home sales in Door County compared to 456 the previous year.
