The 2012 Farm Fresh Atlas of Eastern Wisconsin is now accepting applications from farms and businesses that want to advertise their local products and services. The atlas is a consumer’s guide to local foods. It includes a map with farm locations as well as listings of atlas sponsors, farms, businesses, farmers markets, public kitchens, community gardens and events in the region.
The Eastern Atlas covers the Oneida Nation and Brown, Calumet, Door, Fond du Lac, Dodge, Green Lake, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Marinette, Menominee, Oconto, Outagamie, Ozaukee, Shawano, Sheboygan, Washington, Waupaca, Waushara, and Winnebago Counties.
Food-related businesses that support farmers such as cheese factories, food co-ops, restaurants, bakeries, meat processors and others can participate as business sponsors.
