2013 Holiday Art Crawl Returns to Sturgeon Bay

Be sure to reserve Nov. 23, 10 am – 3 pm, for the Sturgeon Bay 2013 Holiday Art Crawl. This year, the crawl includes artist demonstrations and refreshments at each location while people browse paintings, furniture, turned wood, pottery, glass, weavings, photography, jewelry and more.

New local artists to join the crawl are: handmade furniture maker Michael Doerr at his studio, 4371 Highway M; wood turner and photographer Lou Williams, 6427 Whitefish Bay Road; and potter Linda Sheard at Lily Bay Pottery, 3450 N. Lake Michigan Drive.

Returning artists include: painters Lynn Gilchrist, Liz Maltman and Rick Risch, all showing at 361 N. 4th Avenue; printmaker and painter Deb Stroh-Larson at Stroh Haus, 608 Kentucky Street; glass artists and painters Jeremy Popelka and Stephanie Trenchard at Popelka Trenchard Glass, 64 S. 2nd Avenue (their demo is 12 – 2 pm); painter Pat Olson at her studio in back of Artist’s Guild, 215 N. 3rd Avenue; and weaver and jewelry-maker Lynn Schuster, 410 N. 6th Avenue.
