2016 Run the Door Point Standings as of July 28

The Door County Silent Sports Alliance has been keeping track of Run the Door points and recently shared the standings to date. New for this year, the overall point standings are not separated by gender. The top 25 overall runners and the top five out-of-county runners will receive distinctive pottery awards made by Liz Butler at the post-season party at Crossroads at Big Creek in Sturgeon Bay. Remaining registered runners will be eligible for random prizes.

Below are the Run the Door point standings through seven of 13 events. The next race is the Washington Island Rec Run 5K-10K on July 30. Runners receive 10 points per race for participation and an additional 3, 2 or 1 for placing first, second or third in their age group. For more information email [email protected].
