2018 Kewaunee County Supervisor Candidates

The Kewaunee County Board of Supervisors race has 30 residents vying for its 20 seats and six of them will have their names on a February primary ballot. Voters in the Town of Lincoln and in the Town of Franklin will each have to narrow down their candidate list on Tuesday, Feb. 20. There are three residents in both District 2 (Cory Cochart, Joseph Musial and Mark Kusniesz) and District 10 (Duane Duecat, John Wochos, Thomas Cretney) who are seeking a seat. Meanwhile, the seat for District 5 that represents the Village of Luxemburg – Wards 4 & 5 is vacant, which means a write-in candidate could win it during the general election on Tuesday, April 3. Of the 30 residents who had filed completed candidacy nomination papers with the Kewaunee County Clerk’s Office before the Jan. 2 deadline, 15 are incumbents and 10 of those will run for reelection unopposed. District maps can be found on the Kewaunee County website, kewauneeco.org under the blue “District Maps” tab on the left side of the home page.
