The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) and the WHEDA Foundation are offering grants through the foundation’s 2019 Housing Grant Program competition.
Grant funds totaling $1 million will be awarded to support the development and improvement of housing facilities for low-income people at risk for homelessness in two categories: emergency/transitional housing and permanent housing.
