2019 Shop and Dine is Oct. 3

The eighth annual Shop and Dine is coming up on Oct. 5 to benefit the Healing Project, which provides no-cost integrative health-care services to Door County residents living with cancer. Services include acupuncture, energy therapy, massage therapy, nutrition counseling, behavioral health counseling and group mindfulness. Participating Door County businesses donate a portion of their sales to support the project.

Healing Project participants receive services from Door County Medical Center staff at the Sturgeon Bay campus. Dr. Chona Antonio, integrative health director, provides acupuncture services and oversees the program, which is funded by the Cancer Healing Fund held at the Door County Memorial Hospital Foundation.
