“39 Steps” and StageKids Classes Held at TAP

The 39 Steps opened at Third Avenue Playhouse (TAP) on Sept. 1, and will continue through Oct. 20.
Mix a Hitchcock masterpiece with a juicy spy novel, add a dash of Monty Python and that’s The 39 Steps, a fast-paced whodunit for anyone who loves the magic of theatre. This 2-time Tony® and Drama Desk Award-winning treat is packed with nonstop laughs, over 150 zany characters (played by a talented cast of four), an on-stage plane crash, handcuffs, missing fingers and some good old-fashioned romance.
The play is directed by James Valcq and features cast members Kay Allmand, Amy Ensign, Ryan Schabach and Ryan Patrick Shaw.
Performances will be held Wednesday through Saturday at 7:30 pm, and at 2 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are $22 general admission, $10 students (ages 12 – 24), and $5 for children 11-years-old and younger.
