Hippa

It’s Pumpkin Patch weekend, so sharing the spotlight are two stray cats from the Town of Egg Harbor.

Hippa arrived at the shelter in June 2010, where she has made herself known as a socially sassy cat. Hippa likes having a routine, loves other cats, and would adapt quickly to a home without small children. She is two to four years old, spayed and vaccinated. She has a reduced adoption fee of $50.

A cat of mature distinction is Higgins who arrived at the Humane Society three months ago. He’s 10 or more years old, calm and measured in his responses. Higgins has been neutered and vaccinated. He has a senior cat discount.

Both Hippa and Higgins are free roaming lobby cats. Families are welcome to take a break from Pumpkin Patch and meet them.

Adoption costs are $85 for cats and kittens, $125 for dogs, and $60 for puppies. All animals are vaccinated, and spayed or neutered. Dogs have had a behavioral assessment.

The Door County Humane Society, located at 3475 Park Drive (County PD)
in Sturgeon Bay, is open for adoption Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from noon – 4 pm. For more information call 920.746.1111 or visit http://www.doorcountyhumanesociety.org.
