“In motion” is another name for Flynn, the male Pointer mix who has been at the shelter since mid-September. Flynn adores walks or playing ball. He is three to four years old, a stray from the Village of Forestville, and ideal for an active individual or family.

This distinguished medium-hair Seal Point Siamese is Slinky, a stray from Egg Harbor who arrived earlier this month. He is three to five years old, rabies vaccinated and neutered, and will receive his final distemper shot on Dec. 10.

Adoption costs are $85 for cats and kittens, $125 for dogs, and $60 for puppies. All animals are vaccinated, and spayed or neutered. Dogs have had a behavioral assessment.

The Door County Humane Society, located at 3475 Park Drive (County PD)

Pet Photos with Santa will be available on Nov. 26 at Sister Bay Trading. The public are welcome to bring their pet(s) in Christmas costume (or not) and join the elves and Santa himself for a picture. Donations to the Door County Humane Society requested. This event is part of the Holiday Open House at Sister Bay Trading, 2477 Highway 42.
