The only thing this sociable pair likes more than being with each other is being in the middle of the activity. Daisy (tri-color female) and Joey (tan male) are 13-year-old Chihuahua mixes with personality plus. When their previous owner struggled to care for them, Daisy and Joey were surrendered to the Door County Humane Society. Both are healthy and full of the lively attitude that makes Chihuahuas so much fun in a household. Daisy lost her rear left leg some time back, but has adapted beautifully. Joey adores being swaddled in soft blankets. They are available for adoption as a pair. The dog adoption fee is $150.

The Door County Humane Society, located at 3475 Park Drive (County PD – the road to Potawatomi State Park), Sturgeon Bay, is open for adoption Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from noon – 4 pm. For more information call 920.746.1111 or visit dooranimals.com.
