Bjorg

From time to time, because an individual has good intentions and a heart that wants to care for lost animals, the feline population in that home climbs beyond what is safe or healthy for both the person and the cats. In these situations, the Door County Humane Society is here to assist the local law enforcement agency and the individual by accepting the cats as surrendered animals.

Bjorg is a cat from a Washington Island hoarding situation; he arrived at the Humane Society in February. He’s only 10 months old, and is now neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped. Bjorg will cherish one-on-one time in his forever family. Come visit Bjorg in cat colony #5; the cat adoption fee is $90.

The Door County Humane Society, located at 3475 Park Drive (County PD – the road to Potawatomi State Park), Sturgeon Bay, is open for adoption Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from noon – 4 pm. For more information call 920.746.1111 or visit dooranimals.com.
