Lilly

If orange is the new black, how about a dog that combines the two very stylishly? This Black & Tan Coonhound mix named Lilly is only three years old and full of personality. Lilly knows her commands, and when it’s time to play, she will fetch her tennis ball with enthusiasm again and again.

Being a hound, Lilly is not recommended for a home with cats, but she’s good with all people and other dogs. An active family who enjoys outdoor walks or trips to the dog park would be perfect. Lilly was surrendered in April due to her owner’s health issues. Dog adoption fee is $150.

The Door County Humane Society, located at 3475 Park Drive (County PD – the road to Potawatomi State Park), Sturgeon Bay, is open for adoption Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from noon – 4 pm. For more information call 920.746.1111 or visit dooranimals.com.
