9/11 Memorial Stair Climb at Maritime Lighthouse Tower

The Door County Maritime Museum in Sturgeon Bay is honored to host the Sturgeon Bay Fire Department’s 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb on Sept. 11, when participants will climb the stairs of the Jim Kress Maritime Lighthouse Tower 10 times, recalling the 110-story World Trade Center. Each climber will carry a remembrance card of a first responder who gave her or his life 20 years ago, on Sept. 11, 2001.​​​​​​​Registration is $30 per person.
