A Frozen Wine Fest

Join some hardy Wisconsinites in celebrating the hardy grapes that survive these winters at Parallel 44’s Frozen Tundra Wine Fest on Feb. 22 from 12 – 6 pm.

Wine will be served at an ice bar, plus there will be tours of the vineyard, sleigh rides, live music under a tent and samplings of gourmet food. Attendees will receive a Frozen Tundra Fest wine glass to mark the chilly occasion. Last year’s event drew nearly 2,000 wine fans.

Tickets are $12 at the door or $10 in advance. Tickets may be purchased online at parallel44.com. Parallel 44 is located at N2185 Sleepy Hollow Road in Kewaunee and is open Friday through Monday. Door 44 is located on Highway 42/57 in Sturgeon Bay, and is open Friday through Sunday. And a final word to the wise: dress warm. This is not a fashion show.
