A Successful Kickstarter Campaign for TAP

On June 2 at 6:59 pm, the Third Avenue Playhouse achieved and exceeded its fundraising goal of $10,000 by raising $11, 270 on the crowd-funding Kickstarter site. In addition, funds received through the mail brought the total to a little more than $13,000.

The newly donated funds will go toward TAP’s opening production of its Stage Door Theatre Company’s The Glass Menagerie by Tennessee Williams. The funds raised will cover 100 percent of the production costs of this first play.

TAP is deeply grateful to all those people who contributed to the latest Kickstarter campaign, and to all those people who have supported TAP’s new direction in the past 18 months.
