ADRC Hosts Program on Sleep and Chronic Pain

The Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Door County will host “Sleep And Chronic Pain” on Nov. 12, 1 pm. Fifty to 70 percent of adults with chronic pain suffer from sleep issues. Understanding the relationship of poor sleep and chronic pain is important to your overall quality of life. Join Sue Exworthy, MSW, LCSW, CSAC and other Door County Behavioral Health staff as they discuss these coexisting conditions.
