ADRC Offers Gentle Yoga Classes

The Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Door County will offer a Gentle Beginners Yoga class. Instructor Vickie Daoust will teach Sivananda yoga on Tuesdays at 10:30 am, from Jan. 8 to Feb. 12. The cost for the six-week series is $18, or $3 weekly. Drop-ins are welcome.
