“Advance Directives” is Next Health & Wellness Discussion Series Topic

Northern Door Health & Wellness Ministry continues its Community Health Information Programs with “Advance Directives” on Sept. 20 at 4 pm at First Baptist Church in Sister Bay. This discussion will be led by Susan Johnson, chaplain, and Lauren Daoust, MSW, both from Ministry Door County Medical Center. The discussion will focus on the importance of thinking ahead and planning for the end of life. Advance Directives provide a way to tell wishes to family, friends and health care professionals and, thereby, avoid confusion later on.

Northern Door Health & Wellness Ministry offers free blood pressure screenings beginning at 5 pm at the monthly Loaves & Fishes Meal on the fourth Tuesday of each month at St. Rosalia Church, and 8:15 – 10:15 am on the second Tuesday of the month at the YMCA in Fish Creek.
