Advocates In Home Care is hosting a community orientation about caring for families, friends and community members at the end of life. This free, donation-based caregiving training will offer participants information to help them assist others, from the time of a terminal diagnosis, all the way through to creating a sacred space during the final hours of life.
Based on the concept of restoring comfort to those who provide support during this time, the training is full of practical and empowering emotional and spiritual information.
The training will take place on April 20, 12-2 pm, at United Methodist Church in Sturgeon Bay. To learn more or register, call Samantha or Kay at 920.746.2000.
