AFT’s Casting Call for Creative Kids

American Folklore Theatre (AFT) Announces “Creative Kids Day” will be held on July 20. Kids will have a chance to look behind the scenes of a professional theater at AFT in Peninsula State Park.

This annual “casting call for creative kids” provides an opportunity for children ages five to 16 to spend a few hours with AFT company members and volunteers. Participants will spend the day playing theater games, joining cast sing-a-longs and sneaking a rare peek inside the AFT dressing room.

Each child receives a t-shirt they can have signed by the cast and crew and a complimentary ticket to that evening’s performance of Belgians In Heaven.

There are two sessions available; one is from 9:30 am – 12 pm and another from 1 – 3:30 pm. The fee is $25 per child, or $60 for three or more siblings.
