Agropur Cheese Plant Donates Protective Equipment to Emergency Personnel

Kewaunee County Emergency Management is asking local businesses to see whether they have personal protective equipment that could be used by emergency personnel during the COVID-19 crisis.

One of the businesses that has answered the call is the Agropur cheese plant in Luxemburg, which is donating 16 boxes of nitrile gloves, six cases of lab coats, four gallons of hand-sanitizer spray and some polyethylene aprons.

Multi-Color Corporation, which has a plant in Algoma, has donated N95 masks to Bellin Health in Algoma.

To donate, contact Tracy Nollenberg, director of Kewaunee County Emergency Management, at [email protected] or 920.845.9701.
