The Friends of the Ahnapee State Trail organization is hosting out-and-back bike rides monthly on the last Saturday, 10:30 am, throughout the summer. Each ride is approximately 10 miles, and participants have the option to eat at a local restaurant or take their own lunch.
The July 29 ride starts at Bruemmer Park in Kewaunee and goes to Clyde Hill Tunnel before returning to the park. Participants can eat at Footbridge Bar & Grill. The Aug. 26 ride starts in Casco and goes to Luxemburg, and the lunch option is the Farmhouse Bar and Grill. The final ride, on Sept. 30, starts at the Algoma Trailhead and goes to Forestville.
