Aldrich to Teach Qigong at ADRC

The Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Door County, 916 N. 14th Ave. in Sturgeon Bay, is hosting a five-week series of qigong classes on Tuesdays, Oct. 1-29, at 10 am. Instructor Jen Aldrich will teach this mind-body-spirit practice that can improve mental and physical health through improved overall wellness and stress relief.
