Algoma Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center to Open June 26

The Algoma Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center, 1226 Lake St. in Algoma, is reopening June 26. Its new hours are Monday, Thursday and Friday, 10 am – 4 pm; Saturday, 10 am – 1 pm; and Sunday, 1-4 pm. 

“We certainly missed our volunteers and visitors alike, and we are very excited to greet them once again,” said said Kay Smith, the chamber’s executive director. “Our visitor center is a main attraction here in Algoma, with the beautiful lake views and Crescent Beach access. [It’s] staffed by a wonderful, knowledgeable group of volunteers who love to speak about this great community.”
