Algoma Bird City Committee Seeks Photo Submissions

The Algoma Bird City Committee is seeking unusual bird photos for its annual World Migratory Bird Day celebration. Photographers of any age or skill level may submit photos of birds in any natural setting – in backyards, at feeders, in the air, in trees, along shorelines – as long as the photos were taken in Kewaunee or Door county. 

Email photos to [email protected], and include with each photo the name of the bird (e.g., cardinal, female) and the date and place where it was taken.

All good-quality photos will be displayed in a presentation during the 2021 World Migratory Bird Day celebration and posted on the Algoma Bird City website. The submission deadline is May 15.
