Algoma Community Band Performs Holiday Favorites Dec. 11

The Algoma Community Band will open its annual holiday concert with a flourish and end with a sleigh ride through fluffy snow Dec. 11, 7 pm, in the elementary school Performing Arts Center. Under the direction of Tom Mueller, the holiday concert will offer comfort, joy and good tidings through favorite Christmas songs by Irving Berlin and Leroy Anderson, among others. Guest vocal soloist Liz Melotte will sing “White Christmas” and “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.”
