Alltop, Stoppelenburg to Perform at Church of the Atonement

Stephen Alltop – a harpsichordist, organist and former Peninsula Music Festival conductor – will play the organ July 12 and 19 for online services at Fish Creek’s Church of the Atonement. His wife, soprano Josefien Stoppelenburg, will be the soloist. Access the online services at atonement-fishcreek.org.

Alltop, a Northwestern University School of Music faculty member, has appeared with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Chicago Opera Theater, London Symphony Orchestra and Ravinia Festival.

Stoppelenburg is a specialist in Baroque music who has performed for the Dutch royal family, as a concert singer and as a soloist in Europe, Asia, South America and the United Arab Emirates.
