Alpine Resort Announces New Docking Rates

Alpine Resort has announced the docking rates for the 2022 season at its newly restored pier, which includes 50-foot finger piers at six to nine feet deep.

The resort will offer free courtesy docking with a minimum $50, same-day receipt for dining at Burton’s on the Bay. Boaters simply need to show their restaurant receipt to a dockhand on the pier to receive the free boat docking. The fee will be $20 plus tax per hour without a Burton’s receipt. Courtesy docking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Wall space is available for smaller boats, and there is no charge for boat tenders and dinghies.

Transient docking will also be available on the pier for overnight guests at $4 per foot per day along the concrete wall. The transient docking fee for a 50-foot slip is $200 plus tax, and $100 plus tax with a cottage rental.

The check-in time for transient docking is 1 pm, and checkout is 2 pm. New shower facilities have been installed for boaters, and power will soon be available on the pier.
