Altrusa’s Back-to-School Fair Awarded Two More Grants

Altrusa International of Door County was recently awarded two grants for their Back-to-School Fair by the Ruth & Hartley Barker Memorial Fund of the Door County Community Foundation and the Walmart Foundation. A $2,000 grant from the Ruth & Hartley Barker Memorial Fund, part of the Door County Community Foundation, will be used to provide school supplies for additional children attending the Back-to-School Fair.

The Walmart Foundation presented a $2,500 grant to Altrusa International of Door County at the Sturgeon Bay store. Altrusan Cheri Meyvis applied for this grant, which was also used for the Back-to-School Fair.
