AMVETS Post 51 Presents Flag to Hesses

The flag was presented to the Hesses. Submitted.

At the December meeting of AMVETS Post 51, Commander Bill Forry presented an American flag to Rick and Abby Hess of Samuelson Creek Restaurant and White Birch Motel. The Hesses allow the AMVETS – a veterans’ organization that’s open to all veterans who have received an honorable discharge – to hold their bimonthly meetings at the facilities on the second and fourth Tuesdays.
