‘An Artist’s Alphabet’ Returns to the Kress

Interrupted by the pandemic, An Artist’s Alphabet – an excerpt from Brian Pirman’s Animal Collage Series – is returning to the Kress Pavilion through the efforts of the Egg Harbor Public Arts Initiative. The works incorporate vintage engravings and letterforms representing the complete alphabet.

Pirman, an award-winning regional artist and collegiate educator, uses his background in fine art and graphic design to blend typography, design, illustration, photography and electronic tools that shape and manipulate his imagery.

The exhibit will run at the Kress Pavilion, 7845 Church St. in Egg Harbor, October through January 2022. An opening reception at the Kress on Nov. 11, 5-7 pm, will include remarks from Pirman at 6 pm.
