Angel Ball Moves to October

The Angel Ball – traditionally held in December – is being moved this year to Oct. 8 and will be held at Stone Harbor Resort in Sturgeon Bay. Since 1956, The Angel Ball has been the major fundraiser for healthcare scholarships awarded by the Door County Medical Center Auxiliary.

In 2021, more than $33,000 in scholarships were awarded to Door County and Algoma high school graduates pursuing healthcare careers, prior graduates who are enrolled in healthcare-related programs and Door County Medical Center employees continuing their healthcare education.

This year’s Angel Ball will feature donated auction items, dinner and a dance, with music by the Rhythm Kings.
