Ani, Maritime Week and more This Weekend in Door County (Aug. 5-7, 2022)

For 30 years Ani DiFranco has given voice to our deepest tensions, challenging her listeners with her lyrics, anger, and frustration, and now takes a stage that would have been unimaginable to listeners in the mid-1990s in what promises to be an unforgettable night in Fish Creek. Celebrate Maritime Heritage

Maritime Week kicks off this weekend in Sturgeon Bay with the Classic and Wooden Boat Show. View beautiful classic and wooden boats, watch two-person teams build and race glued-together wooden boats in the SikaFlex Build-A-Boat Challenge, and experience Sturgeon Bay’s historic and working waterfront. An official kickoff celebration will be held at Sunset Park with live music and fireworks Aug. 6. More details>>

Sturgeon Bay will also host a Bloody Mary social this weekend, as local restaurants showcase their Bloody Mary recipes and compete for the title of Best Bloody Mary and best Bloody Mary Garnish from 10 am – 1 pm. 

Golf’s Signature Event

Mini golfers will converge on Ephraim Saturday for a competition unlike any other – the Red Putter Pro Tournament. They’ll compete for the Red Jacket and the $2,000 first prize.

Washington Island Music Festival
