Anniversary: Bill and Judy Gregory

Local Door County residents Bill and Judy Gregory will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary this Saturday, Jan. 21, 2016. The couple met at a high school St. Patrick’s Day dance in the basement of St. Priscilla Church in Chicago, in March of 1963. Bill was just 16 and Judy was just 14 years old. They were married at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Chicago and “honeymooned” for two years in Morocco, where Bill was stationed with the U.S. Marine Corps. Together they raised four boys: William, Andrew, Zane and Joshua. They have six grandchildren.
