Annual Pottery Show at Plum Bottom

Plum Bottom Gallery invites everyone to their annual pottery show Nov. 4, 10 am – 4 pm. Featuring new work from their bright and brilliant ceramic artists: Richard Agness, Pat Black, Kay Haward, Eric Hendrick & Noelle VanHendrick, Steven Skinner, Lynn Wood and Chad Luberger. From functional work to decorative pieces to brighten up any room, visitors are sure to find something to fit any personal style at Plum Bottom’s pottery show.

Agness’s stoneware delights the eye with creamy earth tones, with bight brushwork.

Black’s enchanting vessels showcase graceful forms and exquisite glazes. She brings a unique touch using bits of copper, shells, and driftwood found on her walks around the Great Lakes and forests to her pieces.

Haward brings her West Virginia sunshine to Door County with charming bird pitchers, bowls and mugs.

Husband-and-wife team Eric Hendrick and Noelle VanHendrick send love and good wishes through their pottery. Cups, mugs, and tea bowls are decorated with uplifting messages.

Skinner creates his rustic pieces in stoneware with inlaid porcelain. Skinner’s signature form is a bread crucible.

Wood works with stoneware, hand-building sweet and colorful pitchers, mugs, vases and more. Hand-carved texturizing stamps make each piece one of a kind.

Luberger, Plum Bottom’s resident potter, is pleased to introduce his latest body of porcelain work. Included in this latest group is his signature Ikebana form.
