• Applications are being accepted for garden plots at the Sister Bay Community Garden. This is the second year of this community wide project. Plot sizes vary depending on needs. The village provides water.

Feed the Fish, the movie filmed in Door County in the winter of 2009, will be shown in a special one-week engagement beginning April 23 at Point Cinema in Madison.

The showing, done in conjunction with Marcus Theaters Corporation, will come one week after the film’s sold-out world premiere at the Wisconsin Film Festival.

• The Door County Economic Development Corporation, Door County Visitor Bureau and Northeast Wisconsin Technical College are presenting a free marketing seminar for Door County business owners Tuesday, April 20, 1 – 3 pm. Steve Tyink, Vice President of Business Innovation for Miron Construction Co.
