  • Evacuation at Westwood Shores Waterfront Resort

    Forty-six guests were briefly evacuated from Westwood Shores Waterfront Resort in Sturgeon Bay the morning of Dec. 28, after a maintenance man inadvertently mixed a wrong combination of pool chemicals (chlorine pool shock and muriatic acid). The incident occurred at 7:45 am, and the residents were allowed back in after the air was cleared.
