“Art on the Wild Side” Registration Information

The Peg Egan PAC (Outdoor Amphitheater in Egg Harbor) and the Southern Door Community Auditorium are offering a visual and performing arts summer day camp, “Art on the Wild Side,” for children ages 5 –12 focusing on music and art using performance, demonstrations and other fun activities. Each day of the week children will have the opportunity to focus on different visual and performing arts activities. “Art on the Wild Side” summer day camp features some of Door County’s finest visual and performing artists as facilitators.

Children who want to explore their creative potential and refine their artistic skills will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of different workshops, like songwriting for kids, jewelry making, jazz dance, fiber arts, African drumming, and creating “prayer flags” for Ministry Door County Medical Center.

Registration is $50 per week, and space is limited, so call early to reserve a spot in the camp. Scholarships will also be available.

The “Art on the Wild Side” dates at the Peg Egan Amphitheater will be from June 25 – 28 (9 –11:30 am) and July 23 – 26 (9 – 11:30 am). The Southern Door Auditorium dates are July 9 – 12 (9 am –11:30 am).
