Art Therapist at Nelson Healing Center

Guests are invited to join with Art Therapist Audrey Chowdhury to explore your inner realms of consciousness on Feb. 28 from 10 am to 3 pm. at the next SoulCollage workshop. Originated by Seena Frost, this intuitive art form beckons you to communicate with your soul through visual imagery. By selecting images that you are drawn to and combining them into small collages, you create a deck of cards that can be used for healing, guidance and insight. The process is deeply satisfying, yet playful. Anyone can do it and no artistic skills or experience is necessary.

All participants need is scissors, some pre-cut mat board and random media to select images from such as magazines, greeting cards, personal photos, postcards, catalogs, and calendars are great sources.
