‘Art of Water’ Opens in Algoma

James May Gallery opens their latest exhibit, Art of Water, with an event on May 5, 5:30 – 8 pm. This exhibition celebrates water on the shores of Lake Michigan with work from more than 50 regional and national artists.

The art exhibition is in several locations near James May Gallery, including Clay on Steele, Jaberwock, Steele Street Trading Co., and other pop-up galleries. Food provided by Nistebox, and wine donated by von Stiehl Winery.

The celebration continues on May 6, 9 am to noon, at Crescent Beach. Activities include storm drain stenciling, free yoga/water meditation provided by Door County Yoga and Amelia Coffaro, and kite flying.
