Artrageous Benefit Supports Women’s Fund

The Women’s Fund’s Artrageous Benefit will be back – in person – on Sept. 18, 2 pm, at Rehberger’s Hidden Acres Farm, 11128 Beach Road in Sister Bay. Enjoy wine, music and shopping art pieces to support women in Door County.

More than 35 Door County women artists have donated pieces, and by going to the free event, attendees have the “Artrageous” opportunity – through the purchase of a $5 lottery ticket – to acquire a stunning art piece for a $99 purchase price.

The event will culminate with a raffle drawing for an oil painting titled “Peony Party” – a fun, colorful piece that artist Liz Maltman created en plein air and donated to the event. Purchase raffle tickets specifically for Maltman’s piece during the event or in advance at the Egg Harbor Library, the Community Foundation or Maxwell’s House for $10 each or six for $50. “Peony Party” will be on display at the Egg Harbor Library Sept. 13-16.

Artrageous will comply with the CDC and Door County Health Department recommendations that are in effect at the time of the event, and masks and hand sanitizer will be available.

The Women’s Fund of Door County (womensfunddoorcounty.org) builds, enriches and nurtures the lives of women and girls through collective wisdom and philanthropy.
