At the Crossroads of Sturgeon Bay

Crossroads at Big Creek will continue offering programming and educational opportunities throughout January.

On Saturday, Jan. 9 the Friends of the Crossroads will host a free “Community Ski.” Participants may use skis or snowshoes, which may be borrowed from 1 – 3 pm, to explore the trails surrounding the Crossroads.

On Monday, Jan. 10 the Crossroads will host a Nature Hike at 1 pm. The public is welcome to join a naturalist through a free, one-hour hike of the preserve. The hike will highlight the spruce and pine plantations, cedars, and a tiny remnant of boreal forest.
