AT&T Awards DKBEP Home Construction Project

AT&T announced a $2,500 donation to the Door Kewaunee Business Education Partnership at their open house celebration of their 2015 home construction project.

AT&T announced a $2,500 AT&T Innovation & Investment Award to the Door Kewaunee Business Education Partnership (DKBEP) to support the high school home construction project. The announcement was made during the open house celebrating the completion of the 2015 build on May 20.

“This is a great program that not only helps our students gain skills for future careers, but also helps provide opportunities for business to recruit and train younger workers for critical jobs that pay very competitive wages and help the region build for a brighter future,” said Tara LeClair, DKBEP Business & Education Manager. “We are grateful to have the support local businesses and companies like AT&T.”

The AT&T Wisconsin Innovation & Investment Award program provides funding to organizations and programs that improve the community by advancing education, enhancing the environment, promoting economic development, or delivering other community services.
