Aug. 28 – Sept. 4

Sevastopol School will host a pre-K through grade 6 Open House on Sept. 2 from 5:30 – 7:30 pm for parents and students to meet teachers, settle into their desk and locker, and gather more information. All parents are urged to visit the school for this session, rather than another time during in-service week.

All middle and high school students should have their green/pink registration sheets and Internet User’s Agreement, dues and fees and parking permits obtained. Students who have not done so should contact the high school office immediately.

Parents will receive a letter from their child’s bus driver listing their bus number, pick-up time and driver’s name and number. Call 920.743.6282 with any questions about back-to-school issues.

Egg Harbor‘s beach park will close after Labor Day and will not re-open until next spring. The beach has been plagued by varying levels of e-coli contamination in recent years, and the village has green-lighted a water quality project to create a bio-filter of tall grasses and coarser sand that should lead to fewer closings in the future.
