Aureliuses Exhibit at Art School

David and Jeanne Aurelius of Clay Bay Pottery will be participating in the show “Norse Mythology, the Muse,” at the Peninsula School of Art. Other featured potters, woodcarvers, and painters will be included in this show, each interpreting Norse myths in their respective mediums.

Also, Thor Thoreson has gathered a theatre troupe together to dramatize several stories. There will be special actors joining in on the fun. The play begins at 4 pm on October 2 at the Peninsula School of Art. At 4:30 pm, Sue Daubner, almost straight from Norway, will be reading Norse stories.

The public is welcome to view the artwork and enjoy Scandinavian appetizers and wine at the opening reception, which will be held from 5 – 7 pm in the Guenzel Gallery. The show will run from October 1 – November 6.
