Henry Godbout

Henry Godbout moved to Door County in 2000 with his wife Susie to escape the Metro New York congestion. A freelance writer who proudly admits to never having had a full-time job since college, he has had articles published in Outside Magazine, Tennis, Boating, Sail, Snow Country, Windsurfing and many other sports publications. No longer willing to leave his home in Gills Rock to research and cover sporting events, today Henry works primarily in the marketing field writing copy for a variety of national firms. His new love, golf, inspired him to write the article in this issue about the Peninsula State Park Golf Course.
