Kay McKinley Arneson

Born and raised in the Chicago area, Kay McKinley Arneson graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Journalism in 1978 and has been writing and photographing ever since. Her career has taken many forms, including a videographer/editor for NBC affiliates, staff photographer for newspapers in Arizona and Illinois, a publications relations specialist and a freelance photographer and writer. For the past several years, Kay has operated a fine art portrait business with an emphasis on photojournalism. When not working for her clients, Kay continues to refine her skills in the pastel medium and is a fixture at the Peninsula Art School in Fish Creek.
